AI Chief of Staff fit check · 5 short steps

Let's see if an AI Chief of Staff fits your business.

Step 1 of 5 · Hello

Step 1 of 5 · Hello

First things first. Who am I talking to?

Two quick fields. No homework yet.

Hi, I'm Reese. Let's see if we're a fit.
Takes a few minutes. Your answers stay private.

Step 2 of 5 · The business

Tell me about the business you built.

How big it is, where it pinches, and where it is headed.

Reese Harris

Nice to meet you. Now, the business. How big is your team, where does your week leak, and where do you want the company a year from now? That shows me where a Chief of Staff could take work off your plate first. Pick every leak that stings. I've heard it all.

Where does your week leak?
How big is your team, including you?
Where does your week leak?

Pick every one that stings.

Step 3 of 5 · You

Let's get a little more specific.

Who is steering, how big the engine is, and the first job you would hand over.

Reese Harris

Let's get a little more specific. Your role matters, because a Chief of Staff reports to the person who runs the company. Revenue helps me size the project, and it stays between us. Then tell me the one thing you'd hand off tomorrow if you could. That's usually where we start.

Who's steering, and what would you hand off first?
What's your role in the business?
Roughly, what's your annual revenue?

Ballpark is fine. It helps size the project, and it stays between us.

Step 4 of 5 · People and AI

Now the human side.

Great tech on a team that hates change is an expensive paperweight. So, honestly:

Reese Harris

Now the human side, which is where the real work happens. How well do you and your team take to change, even good change? How much is your staff using AI right now, and how? And what tools do you run on? No wrong answers here. It just tells me where to begin.

People first: change, AI, and your tools.
On a scale of 1 to 5, how well do you and your organization accept new programs and change, even when it's positive?

1 means We dig in our heels. 3 means Depends on the week. 5 means Bring on the new.

How much is your staff using AI right now, and how?
What does the business run on?

Pick any that apply.

Step 5 of 5 · Timing and your report

Last step. Where should I send your report?

Two honest answers, then your email. Your free report is waiting on the next page.

Reese Harris

Last step, I promise. When would you want a Chief of Staff working for you, and what starting investment feels honest? This is serious technology and a real project, so a straight answer helps us both. Then add your email, and your free report on AI in your business is on the very next page.

Last step: timing, investment, and your report.
When would you want a Chief of Staff working for you?
Real talk: this is serious technology and a real project. What starting investment feels honest? placeholder

No wrong answer. It just points you to the right next step.
