What we collect and why.

If you use the HubSpot form on this site, we receive the name, email, company, and message you submit so Reese can reply. We do not sell that information.

The HubSpot form is processed by HubSpot under their terms.

If you take the fit check at ree-source.com/start, your answers (your name, company, email, and what you tell us about your business) are sent to our HubSpot account so Reese can reply and send your report. A backup copy is kept in a private file on our web server that is not reachable from the web, and Reese may get an email copy. While you fill it in, your browser saves your answers on your own device so a refresh does not lose them; they are cleared when you submit. We use your answers only to reply, to send what you asked for, and to decide on the right next step. We do not sell them.

This site also uses HubSpot analytics and Google Analytics. Both set cookies in your browser to measure visits and page views. HubSpot's cookies also connect a form submission to your earlier visits. We use this only to understand how the site is used and to follow up with people who reach out. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. HubSpot's cookie details are at hubspot.com. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com.

Email communications

The fit check asks for your email and has a checkbox, unticked until you tick it, where you agree to receive emails from Ree-Source, Inc. about your inquiry and occasional updates. We record that you agreed and when. We only email you if you tick it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to reese@ree-source.com.

If an engagement begins, operating files you share to train a Chief of Staff bot stay inside that engagement. We do not use client systems to train a public model.
