Create Your Bot

Give your next bot clear instructions in about a minute. Copy it, paste it, done.

Your 1st bot or your 20th. The prompt is plain text, so it works in Grok Bot or any other AI assistant.

Build your bot

Fill in what you know. Only the first two boxes matter to start; the rest already has sensible starter text you can change.

0 / 1,500. Say which sources, what voice, how often and what it should hand you.

How careful should it be?

Every choice still needs your approval to send, delete, spend or publish.

Who gets its work and questions. Have a Main Assistant - Chief of Staff? Put your main assistant here.

Tools and access

These are the other apps your bot can reach, like Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack or QuickBooks. A bot can only work with an app after you connect it.

How connecting works: in your AI assistant's settings (often called Connectors, Apps or Integrations), pick the app and sign in to it. The app then asks what the bot may do, like "read your email" or "create drafts". The bot can reach only what you allow, and you can turn it off any time.

List each app here and pick a level: Read only (it can look, never change), Draft only (it prepares things for you to approve), Can act (it does the task itself; save this for low-risk jobs).

Start with read only. Give more only when a task needs it.

Starter rules. Change them to fit the job.

The moments it should pause and check with you (or someone you name).

One or two things you could check in a week to say "yes, this is helping". Plain words are perfect.

The shape you want back. For example: a few bullets, a short email draft, a checklist, a simple table or a one-page summary.

A few real situations you can use to check the bot after it's built, one per line. Write the situation, then what a good answer does. They go into the prompt as examples, and you can try them in Test your bot below.

Paste it and I'll upgrade it.

What you type here stays in this browser until you clear it. Don't paste passwords or private customer data. Privacy.

Test your bot

Write the prompt above, then give it a sample task here to see how it would answer. Nothing is sent, saved or done.
