Med-Aesthetic Solutions is a provider and manufacturer of leading edge proprietary technology to the Medical and Medispa skin rejuvenation market. MAS works with medical professionals to provide the finest in skin renewal technologies and skin care products.

The initial phase of the engagement involved partnering with the CEO in the development and refinement of an expansive spreadsheet Pro-Forma. This budgeting tool was designed to project sales and profit scenarios for decision-making and for planning and control. Readers f the report included partners, investors, and creditors.

In a second phase I served as a full-time COO with a primary focus to design and implement an IT ‘Tech Stack’ with an emphasis in marketing tools and apps all connected with API. The system was founded on Google’s G-Suite platform for managing devices, file storage and sharing, user emails, and other Google apps.

The third phase was the design buildout of a WordPress ‘Customer Training & Support Center’ members area that encompassed over 50 training videos, 25+ marketing and training documents, and a trouble-shooting system all designed to enhance the customer experience and engagement with the company. This new members area quickly became a core selling feature of the medical system for the company.
